Responsibilities • Plans, coordinates, provides, intervenes, and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan, and individual patient needs. • Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient. • Develops a nursing diagnosis, and establishes care objectives.
