About the Remote RN Role OpenLoop is hiring experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our virtual care team. In this telehealth nursing position, you’ll deliver quality clinical care via video, phone, chat, and asynchronous messaging. You will be a key member of a collaborative care team, providing patient support through outbound follow-ups, lab result communication, and inbound triage. RN Job Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls to patients recently discharged from hospitals • Communicate patient lab results with accuracy and professionalism • Manage inbound clinical calls from patients with questions or concerns • Support medication administration, side effect management, and care plans • Deliver empathetic, high-quality patient experiences • Accurately document all interactions in the EHR and ticketing system • Collaborate with providers and clinical team members to resolve issues • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards • Participate in ongoing training and professional development • Meet established productivity and quality standards Qualifications & Requirements • Active, Unencumbered Compact RN License (Must reside in the compact state) • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred • Minimum 3 years of clinical RN experience (telehealth, acute care, or case management) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patient-centered focus • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and task management • Must commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week • Availability for evenings and weekends preferred • Spanish fluency (written and spoken) is a plus • Prior telemedicine or virtual care experience is a plus Compensation & Role Details • Contract Position (1099) • Per consult pay structure • Earning potential up to $60/hour • Fully remote RN position with flexible scheduling Why Work With OpenLoop? • Work from anywhere with remote telehealth flexibility • Make a difference in patients’ lives through virtual care • Join a nationwide network of clinicians and cutting-edge health tech partners • Enjoy autonomy, support, and meaningful work without the burnout Job Type: Contract Application Question(s): • In which states are you currently licensed to practice?
