[Remote] Regional Associate (Sales Support)

They are seeking a Regional Associate to support the sales team by managing client engagement activities, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities Support the Regional Director in managing daily sales and client engagement activities Schedule face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and virtual appointments with Financial Advisors, RIAs, and Wirehouse partners Maintain advisor interactions and activities using Salesforce Collaborate closely with the Regional Director and Regional Consultant as part of a team-based sales effort Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meeting preparation and follow-up Coordinate and set up Wirehouse breakfast and lunch meetings Participate in company-wide and team calls to stay aligned with business initiatives Complete required compliance training and adhere to firm policies and procedures Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role (financial services or professional services experience a plus) Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfort interacting with financial advisors and senior leadership Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment Bachelor's Degree required Experience supporting sales, regional leadership, or advisor-facing teams Event or seminar planning experience Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building skills Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Benefits Competitive benefits package Discretionary bonuses Other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.) Company Overview Cantor Fitzgerald is a global financial services firm that specializes in equities, investment banking, and real estate.
