[Remote] Recruitment Consultant, Technology

The Recruitment Consultant II, Technology will focus on addressing technical recruiting needs across the United States and Canada, sourcing candidates for roles in engineering, data science, and AI/ML. Responsibilities • Source Candidates That Lead Towards the Following Hires: • IC and Senior Manager technology roles • Candidates Sourced & Outreached: 100 Per Week • LinkedIn InMail Response Rate: 20% • TA Screens Per Week: 20 (60 Minutes Per Interview/20 Hours Per Week) • New Active Candidates Per Week (Post TA Screen): 5 • Candidate Conversion from TA Interview to Hiring Manager Interview: 75% Skills • Bachelor's degree from a four year university • Confidence in your ability to create your own sourcing strategies and Boolean search strings • Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter including the ability to manage projects and create sophisticated search parameters • Experienced in sourcing beyond LinkedIn on tools such as GitHub, and the ability to perform Google X-ray searches • Excellent communication skills in order to interview senior candidates in technology • Sophisticated offer negotiation skills in order to close candidates • Experience sourcing and recruiting in a fast-paced environment for hard to fill Engineering, AI, ML, Data Science, and other technology roles • Strong acumen and understanding of PHP Engineering, .Net, DevOps, and similar tech stacks • Detail-oriented, action/goal-oriented, effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency • Must be flexible and can work independently • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) Benefits • Friday happy hour, “Summer Fridays”, and free snacks and beverages in the office • Year-round corporate athletic league • Casual work environment, team building, and other social events Company Overview • Guidepoint is a leading expert network which connects business decision-makers and researchers with independent subject matter experts It was founded in 2003, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
