[Remote] Recruiter/ Scheduler Coordinator

They are seeking a dedicated Recruiter & Scheduler to lead the recruitment of qualified interpreters while also supporting the operations team with scheduling and coordination tasks. Responsibilities • Source, attract, and recruit freelance and staff interpreters across a variety of languages • Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, verifying credentials, and onboarding • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high‑demand languages and specialty areas (medical, legal, community interpreting, etc.) • Coordinate credentialing, compliance documents, background checks, and required certifications • Maintain accurate candidate data in our internal systems • Develop ongoing relationships with new and existing interpreters • Assist the scheduling team in assigning interpreters to client appointments • Communicate with interpreters to confirm availability, manage changes, and ensure smooth service delivery • Support clients by providing timely updates, confirmations, and follow‑up • Help monitor interpreter performance, reliability, and quality • Update schedules, appointment notes, and internal records with accuracy and attention to detail Skills • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities • Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and scheduling software • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or operations coordination • Knowledge of interpreter services, language access, or the linguistics industry • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Benefits • Opportunity to work in a mission‑driven company that impacts communities daily. • Collaborative, supportive team environment. • Professional growth in both recruitment and operational coordination. • Competitive compensation (insert range if desired).
