Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Recruiter to become a key member of our Sales & Recruiting team. In this position, you will be instrumental in linking talented candidates with promising job opportunities tailored to meet our clients requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates to ensure a positive experience for both parties.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates utilizing various platforms and tools.
Source qualified talent through job boards, referrals, networking, and other means.
Collaborate effectively with Account Managers to prepare candidates for video interviews with clients.
Align candidates' qualifications and strengths with client needs using efficient sourcing, screening, and interviewing methodologies.
Negotiate compensation packages and secure commitments from candidates for current and prospective roles.
Work closely with Account Managers to gain a thorough understanding of job specifications and client expectations.
Promote open communication, valuing diverse viewpoints to foster a collaborative and productive workplace.
Cultivate and maintain relationships within the industry to improve customer service, gather insights, and obtain referrals.
Attend industry events, conduct candidate interviews, and participate in team-building initiatives.
Execute additional responsibilities as required to support the team and our clients.
Required Skills
Strong organizational and planning skills to address challenges effectively.
Proficient in sales and marketing techniques.
Exceptional administrative capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining confidentiality while being receptive to new ideas.
A determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment and a readiness to go above and beyond when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, sales, business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Prior experience in hospitality, retail, food service, or beverage industries is advantageous.
Experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is highly regarded.
Demonstrated leadership experience in professional, academic, or extracurricular settings.
