Remote Recruiter for Merchandising Company
We're Hiring: MerchandisingLogistics Specialist (Remote - 4-Day Workweek)

Our growing merchandising service company is on the hunt for a highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Initial Hire will be for 25hrs per week and could develop into Full Time.
What You'll Do:
• Manage logistics and scheduling for field retail operations
• Handle client communication and team coordination with confidence
• Assist with basic HR functions: onboarding, recruiting, and supporting team needs
• Source, screen, and recruit new team members as needed
• Use digital platforms and project trackers to stay on top of tasks
• Balance multiple priorities with precision, urgency, and professionalism
• Collaborate closely with leadership and field teams to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate in various formats with merchandisers (phone, computer, text)

• 2 years of experience in recruiting or a similar role in retail merchandising
• Must be a quick learner and comfortable with on-the-job training
