Remote Recruiter Responsibilities:
Conduct a high volume of phone calls responding to applicants, screen, interview and recommend them to our hiring managers to be considered for the opportunity
Provide the opportunity for applicants to gain their independence and land their dream job!
Working applicant pipeline in ATS to place 4-5 candidates weekly
This is a fast paced, high activity recruiting cycle with a solid base pay and potential for uncapped monthly bonuses based on individual performance
Must Haves As A Remote Recruiter:
High school diploma
1+ years in a Sourcing, High Volume Recruiting or Sales Position
Experience in an outbound call center is a plus
Incredibly confident and strong on the phones, must be persuasive and engaging to capture someone's attention in 15 seconds (alpha personalities!)
Cannot be meek, shy, quiet or timid at all!
Must be coachable with dependable with a strong work ethic!

Bi-weekly base pay PLUS Monthly Uncapped Bonuses!
Work from your own home, must have home office set up already
We offer a Work/Life Balance! Hours of Operation is Monday Friday 7:30 to 4:30pm PST and you are done for the day!
