Remote Receptionist – Carpet Cleaning Company (Full-Time, 6 Days)

We’re rapidly growing and need a reliable, sharp, home-based receptionist to help run the front-end of our daily operations. What You’ll Be Doing (From Home): • Answer customer calls/texts/emails using our business line (Google Voice or RingCentral). • Schedule appointments in our booking system (Jobber). • Provide quotes, explain services clearly, and upsell when appropriate. • Monitor the schedule, update techs in real-time, and follow up with customers. • Send invoices, collect payments, and chase down any unpaid jobs. • Stay organized — update notes, customer history, and job details. • Keep customer satisfaction high and respond quickly to feedback or concerns. What You’ll Need: • Solid admin or receptionist experience, preferably in a service-based business. • Confident phone voice — polite but firm, friendly but professional. • High attention to detail.
