The Opportunity: As aRemote Real Estate Closer, you’ll be the voice of Lightning Capital, turning warm leads into signed contracts over the phone.If you’re a proven sales pro who thrives on negotiation, loves the thrill of closing, and wants to earn six figures working from home—this is your shot. No real estate license needed! What You’ll Do: • Call 100+ motivated homeowners (no cold calling—warm leads provided) to negotiate cash offers. • Overcome objections, build trust, and close deals fast to secure properties under contract. • Work closely with our acquisitions and dispositions teams to ensure smooth handoffs. • Hit monthly quotas (e.g., 5+ deals/month) to unlock bonuses and maximize your earnings.Who We’re Looking For: • Proven Phone SalesExperience: You’ve closed deals over the phone—think car sales, solar, insurance, or real estate acquisitions/wholesaling. • Negotiation Ninja: You can handle “My house is worth more” and still seal the deal. • Resilient & Driven: Rejection doesn’t faze you—you’re motivated by results and commissions; use to reporting on daily and weekly KPIs • Real Estate Bonus: Familiarity with property repairs, foreclosures, or wholesaling is a plus, but not required.• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, bolthires suite and remote work setups (we’ll provide the rest). • Home Office: Dedicated workspace without any interruptions; separate desk, chair, newer fast working computer, noise cancelling headset, dual monitors What We Offer: • $100K+ Earning Potential: Base ($24K-$36K) + uncapped commissions.
