[Remote] Real Estate Finance Attorney

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Larson Maddox is seeking a talented Real Estate Finance Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in complex real estate finance transactions, including acquisition, development, and construction financing. Responsibilities • Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents, security instruments, and related agreements for real estate finance transactions • Advise clients on structuring and closing commercial real estate loans, including mortgage and mezzanine financing • Manage transactions from inception to closing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and deliver exceptional client service • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments impacting real estate finance Skills • J.D.from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar • 3-7 years of experience in real estate finance law at a reputable law firm • Strong understanding of commercial real estate lending, including construction and acquisition financing • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Exposure to syndicated loans • CMBS • Structured finance is a plus • Experience representing institutional lenders • Private equity firms • Developers Company Overview • Larson Maddox is a legal recruitment agency that offers staffing, training, and consulting services.It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
