About the position The REMOTE React Developer position involves working as part of a central team responsible for the creation and maintenance of common UI code repositories, standards, guidelines, libraries, and design patterns for a rapidly growing FinTech company. The role focuses on ensuring consistency in coding practices across all engineering teams, which will enhance build times and facilitate modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React, TypeScript, and related technologies, and will contribute to best practices in Front End development. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain common UI code repositories and libraries. • Contribute to the establishment of coding standards and guidelines for Front End development. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment. • Participate in Agile development processes to enhance team productivity and project delivery. • Work on modernizing the Front End/UI across all engineering teams. Requirements • Strong experience as a React Developer/Software Engineer/Programmer. • Excellent skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, and Ag-Grid. • Experience in contributing to best practices for Front End UI development. • Excellent stakeholder interaction skills. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Nice-to-haves • Experience in finance or trading environments. • Knowledge of Fixed Income, Credit Rates, and Bonds.
