They are seeking a Radiology Scheduler to manage and schedule radiology appointments, handle patient inquiries, and document interactions using management software. Responsibilities Schedule radiology appointments such as mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs, and CTs Handle questions and concerns regarding patient imaging needs Make outbound calls to schedule radiology appointments Participate in coaching sessions to improve performance Document all patient/member interactions via management software Skills High School diploma/GED or equivalent Six or more months of general business experience, preferably in a customer service environment, or equivalent related work experience Must have a healthcare background in an actual clinical setting or contact center Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute General knowledge of Windows PC, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CIB, Tower, and BSA Experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry Excellent problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with scheduling software and patient management systems Ability to work a 10am CST schedule Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and employee wellness programs Opportunities for career development and advancement within the organization Company Overview At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
