Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional patient experiences through white-glove service and superior customer service
Manage multiple phone lines with high productivity and volume, communicating professionally with medical facilities, patients, and insurance companies
Schedule procedures, obtain accurate clinical and demographic information, and provide patients with prep and appointment instructions
Collaborate with referring physician offices to schedule patients for procedures and maintain accurate records
Work effectively in a virtual teamwork environment, utilizing a centralized phone system and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
1+ year of clinical or scheduling experience, with radiology scheduling experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required, with a formal medical terminology class or equivalent medical office experience a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple phone lines, provide superior customer service, and maintain confidentiality
Safe and secure dedicated home office with high-speed internet required
Availability to work part-time, Wednesday to Friday (9:30 am - 2:30 pm EST) and Saturday (8:00 am - 1:30 pm EST)
