[Remote] Quality Assurance Coordinator

The Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of direct response marketing materials through detailed proofing and collaboration with stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesGeneral proofing of copy and art, which includes but is not limited to:SpellingPunctuationGrammarClient and brand standardsFact-checkingPrint specificationsWork closely with internal and external stakeholders and leadership to meet schedule commitmentsMatch printed layouts and mockups to ensure mail kits and versioning match strategy and reflect client expectations and approved templatesEnsure that all necessary data fields are produced accurately and match internal database informationReview personalization proofs against client-approved art and production data files to ensure accurate outputCompare insertion samples to client-approved mockup and internal data system to ensure correct components are inserted and the correct postage has been usedSkillsAn associate degree or related experience working in editing/proofreading, direct mail, or marketingStrong communication skills, both internally and externallyStrong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environmentExperience with non-profit organizations and/or direct response marketing agenciesProficient in Workfront, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe AcrobatAbility to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionBasic understanding of programming rules and vendor coordinationBenefitsHighly competitive compensation commensurate with experienceFull range of benefitsCompany OverviewRKD Group is a fundraising and marketing provider to hundreds of nonprofit organizations.
