The role involves designing training materials and collaborating with teams to enhance AI-driven testing workflows.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design and deliver structured training sessions on QA methodologies and test automation for AI-driven systems
ā¢ Create detailed AI training prompts and hands-on exercises focused on quality assurance and testing scenarios
ā¢ Apply real-world QA and automation expertise to improve AI-driven testing workflows
ā¢ Develop, review, and maintain clear documentation, guides, and training materials
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and adapt content to project needs
ā¢ Mentor contributors on automated testing tools and AI-assisted QA strategies
ā¢ Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine materials based on feedback and outcomes
ā¢ Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and test automation practices
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
ā¢ Strong professional experience in quality assurance and test automation
ā¢ Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest, or equivalent tools
ā¢ Strong understanding of data-driven testing and AI applications in QA workflows
ā¢ Proven ability to design structured AI prompts and practical training exercises
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on clarity
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed environment
