[Remote] QA Business Analyst - SDET

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PrintMail is seeking a detail-oriented QA Business Analyst - SDET to bridge business needs with technical excellence. In this role, you will focus on requirements gathering, data analysis, and test automation to ensure the quality of responsive web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities • Analyze client needs, and system processes to design effective test plans, cases, and automation. • Capture, verify, and manage requirements in Jira, creating detailed tickets, specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, and wireframes to guide development and testing. • Develop and maintain a scalable Selenium-based automation framework and scripts using C# for our responsive web applications, including integrations with OutSystems and third-party APIs. • Execute manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, API, cross-browser, and data-driven tests, ensuring comprehensive coverage and defect resolution. • Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and test setup; load and evaluate client files to confirm standards and integrity. • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to identify issues, reproduce bugs, and implement holistic solutions aligned with business objectives. • Generate reports, mock-ups, and documentation to facilitate testing, implementation, and stakeholder communication. • Operate with urgency to resolve production issues, adapt to evolving technologies, and ensure timely project delivery within SDLC best practices. Skills • 4+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years focused on test automation. • Proficiency in Selenium test automation using C#, including test and framework design, script maintenance, and integration with CI/CD pipelines. • Proficiency using BrowserStack. • Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying, data analysis, and validation. • Experience with diagramming, wireframing, requirements management, API testing, and presenting results. • Beginner to moderate programming skills, with a solid understanding of object-oriented principles in C#. • Exposure to OutSystems low-code platform is a plus. • Financial services or print/mail industry experience preferred.
