- Develop back-end components and user-facing features
- Write testable, reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements
- Test and debug the web applications

- Reprogram existing databases to improve functionality
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Python/JavaScript developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
- Proficiency in Python, its frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.), and its libraries (NumPy, TensorFlow, etc.)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, its libraries (React) and frameworks (Angular, Vue, Ember.js, Express.js, Node.js)
- Expertise in front-end technologies including HTML5 and CSS3
- Knowledge of JavaScript module loaders, such as Require.js and AMD
- Expertise in server-side templating languages
- Experience in databases, including schemas and ORMs
- Good understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms
- Fluent in English to communicate effectively
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones
