[Remote] Public Health Scrum Master (SAFe)

They are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a background in public health technology to facilitate agile delivery and foster collaboration between technical teams and public health stakeholders.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Facilitate scrum ceremonies within the SAFe framework
ā¢ Coach teams on agile methodologies and best practices
ā¢ Remove impediments to team progress
ā¢ Support continuous improvement through retrospectives
ā¢ Maintain and improve project tracking and visibility
ā¢ Foster collaboration between technical teams and public health stakeholders
ā¢ Contribute public health subject matter expertise to project discussions
ā¢ Create engaging remote work environments that promote team success
Skills
ā¢ Direct experience working in governmental public health
ā¢ Scrum Master certification
ā¢ Experience implementing SAFe methodologies
ā¢ Strong facilitation and coaching abilities
ā¢ Excellence in remote team management
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement
ā¢ Strong time management and self-motivation
ā¢ Ability to work with AI tools and large language models
ā¢ Experience managing distributed teams
ā¢ Understanding of public health workflows and processes
ā¢ Knowledge of project management tools
ā¢ Background in health technology implementations
ā¢ History of creating engaging team environments
