Remote Provider Relations Advocate - New York Territory

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill this critical role. As a Provider Relations Advocate, you will be responsible for managing provider relationships, recruiting new providers, and resolving complex claims issues. You will also play a key role in identifying and addressing operational shortfalls, researching and resolving claims issues, and developing provider education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with dental providers in the New York territory
Recruit new providers to join our network
Resolve complex claims issues and provide exceptional customer service
Develop and implement provider education programs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address operational shortfalls
Conduct market research and analysis to inform network development strategies
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a network management related role, such as contracting, provider relations, or provider services
1+ years of experience with Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement methodology
Basic level of proficiency with MS Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies
Provider contracting experience
Knowledge of dental products and providers
Experience with claim processing systems and guidelines
