We are seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our team.
Must have Enrollment Experience !!
ā¢ Pay: Weekly Pay - $25.00
ā¢ Shift: Monday- Friday ( Paid Training)
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, or in-person interactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs
- Maintain a professional demeanor in office and call center environments
Requirements
- Prior experience in client services or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and office software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
