[Remote] Provider Data Representative - Cigna Healthcare - Remote

They are seeking a Provider Data Representative responsible for maintaining provider data quality, overseeing training, and coordinating departmental reporting. Responsibilities • Ensuring consistent communication with internal service partners and within the Dental Provider Data Management area. • Responsible for coordinating efforts to cleanse existing data, and improve Third Party Vendor loading processes. • Identifying data integrity improvement opportunities within Dental Provider Data Management to reduce inventory queues. Working closely with Contracting/Provider Relations, Quality, and Claims Managers and Supervisors to ensure the department is meeting its turn-around-time service level agreements. • Meeting with internal service partners to ensure understanding of large projects and determine the impact to all systems so that the desired results are achieved.
