They are seeking a Provider Contracting Lead Analyst to use negotiation skills to manage complex provider contracts and ensure compliance with contracting guidelines. Responsibilities Prepare, analyze, review, and project financial impact of larger or complex provider contracts and alternate contract terms. Conduct negotiations and draft individual contracts while ensuring the smooth operation and administration of provider agreements. Track the financial performance of contracts and ensure compliance with contracting guidelines. Exercise judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures. Exercise in-depth professional knowledge to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Provider Contracting.
