[Remote] Proposal and Marketing Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stelic is a company seeking a Proposal and Marketing Specialist to support the development of proposals and client-facing materials. The role involves turning technical input into polished deliverables while managing multiple deadlines in a professional services environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, coordination, drafting, editing, and production of proposals, qualifications packages, interview materials, and related pursuit documentsReview solicitation requirements and organize response materials to align with submission instructions, deadlines, and formatting requirementsCoordinate with internal team members to gather resumes, project descriptions, past performance examples, and technical inputMaintain proposal schedules, content trackers, and action item lists to keep pursuits moving on timePerform final QA/QC of proposal documents, including formatting, consistency, grammar, completeness, and overall presentationHelp maintain reusable proposal content, templates, and standard materials to improve efficiency and quality across pursuitsDevelop and update marketing collateral, capability statements, project sheets, presentations, and other external-facing materialsSupport content development for LinkedIn, website updates, announcements, and related brand communicationsHelp maintain clear, consistent messaging and visual presentation across marketing and business development materialsOrganize and maintain content libraries, templates, resumes, and project information for ongoing useConduct targeted market, client, and opportunity research to support business development effortsTrack opportunities, deadlines, and submission requirementsUse AI, AI agents, and other emerging technology to support content development, identify gaps, improve efficiency, and strengthen the quality and consistency of proposal and marketing workflows, with appropriate judgment, review, and quality controlHelp identify missing information, clarify rough inputs, and organize source material into usable content for proposals and marketing deliverablesSupport the refinement of proposal and marketing processes, tools, templates, and document standardsHelp improve how information is collected, organized, and presented across pursuits and marketing effortsContribute to a reliable, organized, and repeatable approach to proposal and marketing support at StelicSkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, English, or a related field preferred0-2 years of experience in proposals, marketing, business development support, communications, or a similar roleStrong writing, editing, proofreading, and document formatting skillsStrong organizational, coordination, and time management skillsAbility to manage deadlines, follow through on assignments, and work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelExperience supporting RFQs, RFPs, proposals, qualifications packages, or other client-facing deliverables preferredExperience using AI tools or other technology-enabled workflows to improve document development, research, or content production is a plusExperience in construction, engineering, consulting, or other professional services environments is a plusBenefitsCompetitive salary.Health, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) program.PTO and paid holidays.Professional development support.Company OverviewYOUR TRUSTED PARTNER IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT CONTROLS INSIGHT is at the core of everything we do.
