They are seeking a Field Property Adjuster to provide exceptional service by conducting on-site inspections, preparing estimates, and settling claims, particularly focusing on water losses.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional service to policyholdersTravel to customers' homes to conduct on-site inspectionsInvestigate coverage, prepare estimates, and settle claims promptly and efficientlyHandle virtual claims countrywide using various platforms and software such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video CollaborationInvestigate property claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverageUse phone, emails, and video chat with customers to help them through a fast, fair, and easy claims processEvaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers, and claimantsUtilize multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment, including estimate tools, job aids, and additional settlement platformsExecute policies along policy agreements and keep a clear record of work in a claims systemSkillsPrevious experience as a Inside Property Adjuster is highly desiredOpen to construction and mitigation or related field experienced professionalsProficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for estimatingStrong critical thinking and technical skills to assess damages accurately and expedite claims settlementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer serviceAbility to travel to customers' homes and handle virtual claims countrywide effectivelyDetail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality workResidency within Montgomery County, Philadelphia County or Bucks Country is mandatory for this roleMust be able to travel within 60 miles of residenceAre willing and able to carry a 50-pound ladder and access up to a 6/12 pitch on a one to two story roofValid driver's license and willingness to travel as part of the job requirementsAs a condition of employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license which includes passing an additional background check with the Department of LaborIf required, you will be required to secure license(s) within 60 days of hireBenefitsTime offHealthcareRetirement401K/pensionEducation reimbursementPrograms to help you balance work with the rest of your lifeCompany OverviewAllstate is an insurance company that offers car, home, and life insurance services.
