We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Proofreader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for grammatical, spelling, and typographical errors. The successful candidate will collaborate with data entry clerks, payroll clerks, and other team members to maintain consistency and uphold the highest standards of language and style.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and formatting throughout various documents and digital platforms.
• Verify facts, dates, addresses, and other details.
• Provide constructive feedback to writers and contribute to the improvement of overall writing quality.
• Use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether content complies with client brand standards and guidelines
• Generate and update copy decks, scripts, and legal matrices when needed
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Proofreader or similar role.
• Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
