Remote: Project Manager (Scrum) with Energy Domain
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Scrum/Agile background to lead and manage project delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in Agile environments and Must Have exposure to the Energy/Utilities domain. This is a remote role requiring alignment with Pacific Time Zone working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Ret Retrospectives)
Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define scope and priorities
Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams and remove impediments
Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Communicate effectively with onshore stakeholders working in PST hours
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
Experience managing distributed or remote teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable working aligned to PST time zone
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Energy / Utilities domain
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent)
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project tracking tools.
