As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our software implementation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our PMO Team, reporting to the Director of Program Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing software implementations from project initiation to closure, working closely with clients, and internal teams, including Business Analysts, Development, QA, Sales, and Executive Leadership. If you're a detail-oriented, flexible, and skilled project manager with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively manage client communications and expectations, serving as the primary point of contact during implementation and maintaining a trusted advisor relationship with clients.
Define implementation projects, execute tasks, complete deliverables, coordinate staffing, and monitor and report results.
Develop and deliver training, and function as a subject matter expert to collect complete and accurate business requirements from clients.
Collaborate with Product Management to balance product vision and voice of customer, recommending and delivering best-in-class solutions.
Present project statuses to executive teams, and work closely with Business Analysts to ensure accurate documentation of client needs.
Manage issues, risks, and changes using agreed-upon processes, and coordinate estimation of development effort, planning milestones, tracking progress, and prioritizing bug reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of experience successfully managing complex software projects, including client-facing projects, with a preference for Agile software development experience.
Specialty pharmacy industry experience preferred, with a passion for making a difference in patients' lives and reducing administrative burdens on physician offices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, impeccable organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to plan, direct, and deliver outstanding presentations, with exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.
