Job description: Our client is looking for a talented Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Project manager will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
ā¢ Provide project leadership and establish, implement and support a proactive project safety culture
ā¢ Manage the development and review of bid packages to procure competitive subcontract proposals
ā¢ Manage job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure that the project goals are met
ā¢ Review monthly invoices and oversees documentation and approval needed to ensure timely funding for the project
ā¢ Lead the management of cost reporting including but not limited to contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to achieve defined project goals
ā¢ Ensure overall financial health of the project and project forecasts
ā¢ Represent our client in the subcontract negotiations

Fully remote opportunity - visits to job sites weekly|Strong pipeline of ground-up and TI commercial projects
ā¢ 5+ years of construction experience
ā¢ Strong background in commercial construction
ā¢ Strong oral and written communication skills
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
ā¢ The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
