[Remote] Project Data Administrator

They are seeking a Project Data Administrator who will ensure accurate project information is maintained in the accounting system and collaborate with various teams to assess projects and identify risks.ResponsibilitiesInitiate and maintain the setup of projects and amendments to existing projects in the accounting system based on the respective contractsProcess all change orders and fee increases based on supporting documentationAssist in the administration of contracts and escalate any discrepancies noted between the contracts and the project set upsPrepare reports as needed, including summarizing task authorizations against Master Services Agreements or contractsAssist with other functions as deemed appropriate to the positionBuild strong relationships with our internal business partners including Project Managers (PM) and other project staff, as well as assist and collaborate with other Finance and Accounting team membersSkills1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management rolePost-secondary diploma or degree in business administration (or equivalent combination of education and experienceExcellent organizational skills and the proven ability to multi-taskGeneral accounting experience with proven accuracyExceptional attention to detail; highly organized and dependable, with strong ability to prioritize and follow-upSuperior in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesAbility to work independently with minimal guidance and supervisionDeveloped analytical, decision making and problem-solving skillsBenefitsA flexible work environmentA comprehensive onboarding experienceSignificant professional development, training, and a mentorship programA paid volunteer dayAn environment where people feel welcome, heard and included, regardless of their differencesCompany OverviewOur project managers don’t just deliver projects on-time and on-budget—we integrate seamlessly with in-house resources, becoming a true partner committed to client success.
