They are seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of daily operations by collaborating with various teams and managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. Responsibilities Data entry and database management Subcontractor invoicing Coordinate materials and equipment tracking Track and verify field production across multiple projects and markets Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests Skills Strong accounting and technical/business knowledge Verifiable experience in project management, operations, or business management Experience in data management and strong data entry skills Knowledge of finance, billing, invoicing, and P&L Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Process and documentation orientation, with a focus on continuous improvement Strong written and verbal communications skills Experience with GIS mapping software a plus Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, etc.), Zoho, and project management tools a plus Understanding of basic utility construction processes and terminology a plus Benefits 10% bonus Company Overview Merging together top level expertise from both the utility construction and network operations industries, Glass Roots Construction avoids many of the communication and network deployment pitfalls often experienced by clients who use traditional fiber optic construction firms.
