Key Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate meeting agendas, minutes, and reports with precision and attention to detail
Schedule and facilitate virtual meetings and webinars, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
Support project management initiatives, including monitoring project progress, maintaining essential documentation, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and requirements
Develop and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and external partners
Assemble and prepare briefing materials, status reports, and other project-related documents for internal and external audiences
Maintain thorough records of all project activities, including meeting summaries, project documentation, and other relevant information
Collaborate with project managers, team members, and CMS components to fulfill project objectives and ensure successful project outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, and experience with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Associate's Degree or higher, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, ideally within the health care or government sectors
