Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Project Assistant to join our nonprofit organization, which is committed to empowering parents and families facing mental health challenges. This remote role requires an organized individual with a proactive attitude who can effectively support our operational needs and contribute to meaningful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will:
Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive program data, reports, and trackers to ensure operational efficiency.
Assist with the development of grant submissions and programmatic reports.
Conduct thorough research on policy, demographics, and historical data to elevate project outcomes.
Organize and oversee key project trackers, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met with precision.
Ensure that all external written communications adhere to quality standards and convey consistent messaging.
Manage requests and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
Provide administrative support for logistical arrangements for events, both virtually and in-person when necessary.
Collaborate closely with the Project Director and team to fulfill our organizational objectives.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills that reflect professionalism and clarity.
Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
An adaptable mindset, capable of managing shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to productivity.
Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Lived experience as a parent or caregiver of a child facing mental health or behavioral health challenges is essential.
Residing in Pennsylvania is a requirement.
A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, including volunteer roles within relevant contexts.

Compensation And Benefits
This part-time position offers:
Competitive hourly wages ranging from (15 to )18.
A family-friendly schedule of Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
