Remote Program & Outreach Coordinator (Entry-Level, U.S.-Based)

We’re looking for an organized, motivated, and proactive individual who’s eager to start a career in education program management, outreach, and operations. This entry-level, remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organization, and helping families discover inspiring learning opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate scheduling, student intake, and daily operations across online programs • Communicate with parents and students via email, chat, and video calls • Host or co-host online info sessions, orientations, and webinars • Track attendance, prepare meeting notes, and follow up with families • Use AI tools to analyze data, generate reports, and improve workflows • Collaborate with instructors, mentors, and guest speakers • Support marketing follow-ups (email reminders, confirmations) • Maintain a positive and professional presence representing Integem’s mission Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. university • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Based in the U.S. and available during Pacific Time daytime hours • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organization, leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint slide/google slides, and general online communication tools • Interest in education, technology, or program coordination • Positive, energetic, and friendly personality What We Offer • Remote, flexible schedule (10–30 hrs/week to start) • Growth opportunities toward Program Manager or Outreach Lead roles • Supportive, mission-driven team environment • Hands-on experience with AI tools, education technology, and student engagement • Opportunity to make a real impact in U.S. and global education About Us Integem is an accredited U.S.-based education company providing innovative K–12 programs in technology, creativity, and entrepreneurship.
