[Remote] Program Coordinator - SQL & Azure

The Program Coordinator will manage operational and resource coordination activities for a cross-functional data science and engineering organization, overseeing cloud environment operations and ensuring resource governance.ResponsibilitiesManage a range of operational and resource coordination activities to support a large, cross-functional data science and engineering organizationHandle day-to-day cloud environment operations, including storage cleanup, quota management, security group access, and overall resource governanceManage and optimize team resource allocations—such as compute capacity (e.g., GPUs and distributed systems resources)—while ensuring alignment with organizational policies and prioritiesWork both independently and collaboratively to identify and take ownership of unassigned tasks, helping improve team efficiency and agilityCoordinate with multiple teams to manage and clean up large-scale shared data environments, as well as support secure and compliant access to shared resources through security group administration and certificate managementCommunicate policies related to quotas, security, and resource usage to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and adherenceContribute to documenting processes, maintaining operational standards, and identifying opportunities to automate administrative tasks to improve efficiency and scalability across the organizationSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field1–2 years of experience in process or resource management within cloud environments (preferably Azure)Experience creating and managing cloud resources and writing SQL queries2–4 years of experience in communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing or support rolesStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across teamsProven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independentlyExperience writing scripts or building automation tools to improve operational efficiencyExposure to supporting data science, AI, or engineering teamsFamiliarity with cloud resource governance, quota management, and security best practicesExperience coordinating across cross-functional technical teamsBackground in program or project management within technical environmentsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverageFlexible Spending Account401k programCompetitive PTO offeringsParental LeaveOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCompany OverviewBlueprint is redefining the data solutions ecosystem.
