Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality, brain-based continuing education courses for educators.
Create lesson plans, templates, and supplementary materials for professional development programs.
Manage curriculum development projects to ensure timely delivery of content.
Collaborate with leadership to align course offerings with organizational goals and current educational trends.
Review and provide feedback on course content created by colleagues to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Provide support and guidance to educators enrolled in courses.
Occasionally create educational content such as on-camera introductions, voiceovers, or other media to enhance learning materials.
Assist the team with additional responsibilities as needed to help achieve evolving organizational goals.

Masters degree in education or a related field.
