Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Solution Blueprinting efforts, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and IT capabilities. Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams (experience, business, and IT), driving cohesive teamwork and accountability. Provide hands-on guidance and coaching to team members, ensuring interim deliverables align with final project objectives. Act as a trusted advisor, engaging in strategic alignment discussions with senior client stakeholders, including the CEO, Product Owner, Business Development/Growth Leaders, IT Leaders, and Finance Leaders. Develop high-quality, executive-level presentations and deliverables using PowerPoint to effectively communicate project strategies, insights, and outcomes. Drive the creation and communication of key project messages, ensuring clarity and consistency across stakeholder groups. Skills Proven experience in product strategy, solution design, or program leadership roles. Exceptional facilitation and interpersonal skills; ability to bring diverse teams together and lead with influence. Strong executive presence and experience interfacing with C-level stakeholders. Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to craft compelling, executive-facing presentations.
