[Remote] Product Portfolio Operations Manager-Payments-Vice President

In this role, you will coordinate product delivery, enhance operational efficiency, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Coordinate product delivery against business objectives
ā¢ Enhance operational efficiency through training and continuous improvement
ā¢ Develop presentation materials for product strategy and executive audiences
ā¢ Assist in crafting vision communication for Acquiring Payment Rails leadership
ā¢ Implement financial and resource collection strategies at product level
ā¢ Create concise visualizations to communicate complex insights
ā¢ Manage agendas and materials for executive reviews and strategic offsites
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree required
ā¢ 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Product, Executive Communications, or Consulting
ā¢ 5+ years of proven experience in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations
ā¢ Experience engaging with senior stakeholders
ā¢ Strong storytelling and narrative crafting skills
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively across functions
ā¢ Graduate degree in business or communications preferred
