[Remote] Product Operations Associate

The Product Operations Associate will focus on supporting product releases, finding bugs, and providing operational support to enhance customer experience.ResponsibilitiesMaking sure customers and the support team are prepared for new product releasesDrafting announcements, writing help articles, creating and refining scalable SOPs, and owning rollout coordinationSupporting the product team by finding bugs and pitching improvementsAuditing support tickets, calling customers, testing the app, creating small PRs for engineering review, and delivering findings to Product Managers through clear and concise writingFlexing in wherever the business needs, such as testing a new notification strategy, creating product training for sales teams, or setting up an AI agent to reduce manual workloadsSkillsCuriosity. You will work with almost every part of our organization, and you will encounter processes that are not optimal, instructions that are out of date, and bugs in our products. It's part of your job to be curious enough to notice these things when you encounter them, dig deeper into why they exist, and think of something betterOwnership. This goes hand-in-hand with curiosity. Once you've found a solution for a problem, your instinct is to fix it yourself. You'll call the customer directly, create a PR, rewrite the article, whatever is needed. And if you can't prioritize it over your other work, you'll put it in your backlog and message others that may be able to implement it fasterClear, concise, and persuasive writing. Being a mostly remote company, we rely heavily on communicating your ideas through writing. You should be able to write a memo that product managers or operations leadership can read, understand, and implement immediately without much ambiguityBasic technical/coding capabilities. You don't have to be an expert, but you should be able to understand how to read and debug a SQL query or Python script.
