[Remote] Product Development Coordinator

They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to support their Product Development team by coordinating projects and facilitating communication to bring new products to market.ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing detailed product briefs, including claims, target customer, pricing, and positioningOrganize and track formula submissions, revisions, evaluations, and cross-functional feedbackMonitor development timelines, follow up on outstanding items, and support cross-functional alignmentMaintain accurate documentation, including specifications, testing, claims substantiation, and version controlSupport ingredient and formula documentation within the Good Face platformCoordinate with contract manufacturers on samples, testing timelines, claims support, and required documentationSupport the planning and execution of consumer studies, including product evaluations, Esthetician surveys, annual brand surveys, and scent preference surveysCreate and manage surveys, coordinate study logistics, and track response ratesOrganize and summarize feedback into clear reports highlighting key trends and insightsResearch product, ingredient, and consumer trends within the beauty industryMonitor competitor launches, claims, positioning, and innovation strategiesPrepare competitive benchmarking analyses and summary reportsSkills1–2 years of product development experience in the beauty industry (skincare preferred)Strong interest in beauty products, ingredients, and how they workHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and large sets of dataAbility to manage multiple projects and follow through on deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partnersProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Analytical mindset with the ability to summarize data and feedback clearlyAdaptable and able to shift priorities as business needs evolveFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and product testing within the beauty industry (preferred but not required)Experience with Monday.com is a plusFrench is a bonusBenefitsCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid options where applicable).Health and wellness benefits, including a lifestyle spending account.Professional development opportunities to support career growth.Free access to our award-winning products.Inclusive and dynamic company culture with team-building events.Company OverviewBushbalm is a leader in bikini line skincare, providing effective solutions for the common challenges associated with hair removal.
