They are seeking associate to mid-level product designers to produce high-quality visual and interaction design for digital products, contributing to meaningful projects in healthcare. Responsibilities • Produce high-quality visual design for digital products, including layouts, typography, color, and component usage • Translate wireframes, concepts, and requirements into polished, production-ready designs • Ensure visual consistency and attention to detail across responsive web and platform experiences • Support end-to-end product design work from discovery through delivery with guidance from senior designers • Apply existing design systems, components, and patterns accurately and consistently • Contribute to prototypes and interaction flows that demonstrate intended behavior • Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers on day-to-day design tasks • Participate in critiques, reviews, and feedback sessions to improve design quality • Learn to balance user needs, brand standards, and technical constraints Skills • 1 to 4 years of experience in product, UX, or digital design • A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design skills and attention to detail • Solid fundamentals in layout, typography, hierarchy, and interaction design • Experience working in Figma, including components and collaborative workflows • Comfort receiving feedback and iterating on your work • Curiosity, humility, and a desire to continue growing as a designer Company Overview • Design Citizen is a human-centered talent management and coaching firm specializing in full time placements for organizations that value design.
