[Remote] Producer - Property Broker

As a Producer in the RPS division, you will drive business growth by managing client portfolios, identifying new opportunities, and delivering customized insurance solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or industry segments. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. • Understand their unique needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet those needs. • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential exposures and recommend appropriate insurance products and services. • Work closely with internal teams, including underwriters and account managers, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information. • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote RPS services. Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. • Proven experience in insurance sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the wholesale space • Strong knowledge of insurance products, risk management, and industry regulations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • Relevant insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
