Remote Procurement Manager for Carve-Out & ERP Migration

A growing technology organization is seeking a Procurement Manager to support a high-impact carve-out initiative. This is a hands-on opportunity to help build and transition procurement processes within a newly independent business, working closely with leadership in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The Procurement Manager role is a fully remote position. This is a contract position. • Review, separate, and manage vendor contracts as part of a carve-out from a parent organization • Migrate vendor contracts and data from Oracle to Workday • Onboard new suppliers and maintain vendor records, including banking and pricing details • Negotiate contract terms and support vendor relationship management • Ensure alignment and accuracy across procurement systems and processes • Support implementation of a new ERP system and procurement function • Handle both strategic initiatives and hands-on data entry tasks as needed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition • Strong experience with Oracle (required) • Experience reviewing and managing vendor contracts • Background in procurement, vendor management, or sourcing • Experience with system migrations or ERP implementations (Workday a plus) • Experience supporting carve-outs, spin-offs, or integrations is preferred • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment • Willingness to take on both strategic and tactical responsibilities • Strong communication and organizational skills ------------------------ UHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group provides clients with accomplished professionals to support finance, accounting, internal audit and tax teams.
