They are seeking a full-time Private Equity Operations Analyst to assist with portfolio operation and fund administration, supporting the COO across various aspects of private equity and portfolio operations. Responsibilities Track portfolio company performance and internal KPIs; build and maintain dashboards and reporting Handle fund administration tasks (capital calls, wires, investor tracking, basic LP reporting support) Conduct market research and support investment theses (industry sizing, comps, competitor analysis) Build and manage outbound target lists for sourcing (CRM management, data gathering, enrichment) Support the COO on ad hoc operational, strategic, and administrative initiatives as needed Skills Excellent verbal communication skills, especially on the phone Hunger and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment Ability to thrive without extensive structure Strong project management skills (i.e., superb at to-do-lists, meticulous execution managing multiple workstreams and correspondence with brokers) Highly organized, exceptional attention to detail, and solutions-oriented Comfort with performance-based compensation A soon to be or recent graduate with 0-2 years of work experience Sterling academic credentials Strong interest in private equity and operations Benefits Bonus: $40,000 + (based on performance and closed deals) Paid quarterly Company Overview Founded in 1994 as a small goat dairy, Tucker’s Farm Corporation is a value-oriented holding vehicle that has grown into a family of companies across industries and geographies.
