A-Line Staffing is now hiring Remote Prior Authorization LPN/LVN – Remote position, please contact Marcia Hamilton at (586) 710-7979 or [email protected] Remote Prior Authorization LPN/LVN Location: Remote – USA (any state, fully remote) Start Date: November 10, 2025 Payrate: $26.00 an hour Seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) with prior authorization experience in a clinical or MDO (Medical Doctor’s Office) setting to join our 100% remote prior authorization team. This is not a patient-facing role. You'll evaluate specialty medication prior authorization (PA) requests for both pharmacy and medical benefits. This includes phone support for prescribers and pharmacies, documentation, and case processing. Key Responsibilities • Process clinical prior authorization requests via electronic/fax/phone in accordance with CVS/Caremark policy. • Refer complex cases for pharmacist or higher-level review when criteria are not met. • Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding PA status and next steps. • Accurately document and manage information across multiple systems and screens. • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical colleagues across pharmacy operations, admissions, and customer service. • Participate in ongoing quality improvement and training refreshers. • Maintain regular, reliable attendance and flexibility for business needs (including OT and weekends as required). Schedule & Training Info Training (Required): • Dates: November 10, 2025 – January 3, 2026 • Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST • No time off allowed during training; no more than 8 hours of missed time permitted. Permanent Schedule (Post-Training): • Days: Sunday – Saturday (5-day work week) • Hours: Shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST • Must work one weekend day (either Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule) Required Qualifications • Active, unencumbered LPN or LVN license in any U.S. state or territory. • 2+ years of recent experience processing prior authorizations in one or more of the following: • MDO (Medical Doctor’s Office) • PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) • Skilled or specialty clinical setting • Strong multitasking skills using multiple computer systems (MS Office, web-based platforms, call center tools) • High school diploma or GED A-Line Staffing is now hiring Remote Prior Authorization LPN/LVN – Remote position, please contact Marcia Hamilton at (586) 710-7979 or [email protected] INDKS Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
