The Streaming and Revelation Encounters Designing team at Netflix is responsible for improving the Netflix experience to delight, engage, and retain our members. We're looking for a product-focused Principal Technical Program Manager to join our team and drive the growth of the Netflix application across our entire device ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive the execution of large customer-facing initiatives at Netflix
Influence the development of critical technologies, architectures, and operations
Apply strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills to devise sound technical approaches to abstract goals
Identify the systems required to build new solutions, adapt guides, and weigh relative priorities
Establish a general plan for various teams to lift up and successfully launch new experiences for Netflix members
Identify and mitigate technical risks

What We're Looking For:

A passion for heading toward clarity and simplicity
Experience making smart architecture decisions to fulfill the needs of a rapidly growing customer base across the globe
Strong technical skills, with a focus on customer software, systems design, and architecture
Ability to identify gaps in solutions, debate technical approaches, and see different perspectives
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
10+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, software development, or leading software development projects

Desired Technical Skills:

Customer software, systems design, and architecture experience
Low-latency streaming, hardware, and system expertise
Ability to provide insights into business, product, and technology tradeoffs

Desired Project Management Skills:

Ability to devise and apply different approaches to the execution of complex drives
Coordination across multiple independent tracks of work and organizations
Risk identification and mitigation
