Positions Available:
1) Account Executive / Precious Metals Sales Specialist (remote)
As an Account Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll handle warm leads through inbound and outbound calls, qualifying prospects and setting them up for success with True Gold Republic.
Responsibilities:
• Handle outbound and inbound calls and "warm" leads
• Qualify prospects and assess customer needs
• Introduce customer to gold and silver investment basics
• Transfer to Senior Account Executives who will close the sale
Requirements:
• Previous experience in precious metals sales is a MUST
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Motivated, coachable, and client-focused
2) Senior Account Executive / Precious Metals Sales Specialist (Remote)
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll closing sales with qualified buyers. You’ll guide customers through the purchase process for physical gold and silver — whether through direct cash sales or retirement account rollovers.
Responsibilities:
• Close sales with qualified leads
• Educate customers on physical precious metals and IRA options
• Build long-term customer relationships for referrals and repeat business
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in ZOHO crm system
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in closing sales in the precious metals industry.
• Deep understanding of gold, silver, and retirement plan investment options.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly persuasive
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
