at Insight Global, LLC in Downers Grove, Illinois, United States Job Description Job Description A customer is seeking a fully remote Postgres DBA . - Act as the PostgreSQL Subject Matter Expert ( SME ) across the organization, leading architecture, performance tuning, automation, and high-availability strategies - Lead end-to-end migration efforts from Oracle to PostgreSQL/AlloyDB - including assessment, schema conversion, data transformation, validation, and tuning - Design, implement, and manage PostgreSQL clusters in Google Cloud (AlloyDB, Cloud SQL ) - Automate key administrative tasks using Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery and change management. - Can pay $55-60/h We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
