Responsibilities:
Booking & Coordination:
 Assist clients in booking travel services, including flights, accommodations, cruises, car rentals, and tours
 Use online booking platforms to process reservations accurately and efficiently
 Customize travel recommendations based on client needs, preferences, and budgets
Customer Support:
 Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and online chat
 Answer questions about travel destinations, itineraries, and policies
 Handle changes, cancellations, and other requests with professionalism
Collaboration & Growth:
 Work closely with team members to provide seamless travel experiences
 Continuously learn and grow with access to free training, mentorship, and support
