Transcorp Services LLC is seeking a Fulfillment and Delivery Senior Director/Vice President for the Fulfillment and Delivery team.

About our Fulfillment and Delivery team: The Fulfillment and Delivery team fulfills customer orders for Transcorp's retail partners. We strive to provide exceptional service to every customer, maximize efficiency in our operations, and create a safe and fulfilling workplace for our team members.
Highlights: The Vice President/Senior Director will work remotely within designated region(s) with regular travel to retail and Hub locations. The Vice President/Senior Director is a leadership role reporting to the President, and is responsible for the performance and P&L of the delivery operations. As a Vice President/Senior Director, you will lead the site and delivery teams.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Vice President/Senior Director you will be responsible for the management and development of Fulfillment and Delivery Supervisors and Managers, leading site and delivery teams to achieve planned metrics goals, developing and executing change management solutions, and ensuring efficiency, accuracy, quality control, and professionalism through every step of the picking and delivery process.
 Serve as owner and leader for on-the-ground retail operations teams
 Lead, manage and develop a multi-level, diverse and geographically dispersed team
 Build a high-performing team of associates, supervisors, and managers who deliver exceptional customer service and business results
 Build an employee culture that makes Transcorp an employer of choice
 Establish and execute recruiting goals for managers and recruiters
 Serve as a critical thought partner and collaborator to cross-functional teams, retail partners, and vendors
 Partner with cross-functional teams to build and execute strategies to engage, recognize and support the site and delivery teams
 Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and ability to lead, coach, and manage a diverse workforce
 Create and implement operational strategy
 Identify operational opportunities and deficiencies to implement new processes
 Lead initiatives that support operating efficiency, growth and profitability goals
 Provide operational perspective to senior leadership including logistics to ensure best practices and protocols
 Ensure necessary resources and tools are available to to support long term vision and goals
 Develop and maintain retail partner relationships
 Professional-level written and verbal communication
 Exemplify the highest standards of professionalism and integrity to promote the culture, values, and mission of Transcorp
 Regular business travel (approximately 40% travel) to regions/zones
 Perform other duties as assigned
ABOUT YOU
 Experience working with and managing diverse and multi-level teams
 Possess strong motivational and leadership skills
 Eligible to work in the United States
 Valid Driver's License
 Must have a smartphone with a data plan (Eligible for partial phone bill reimbursement)
 Must have access to and the ability to safely operate a reliable car and automobile insurance coverage
 Flexible schedule with availability to work holidays, evenings, and/or weekends
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
 10+ years of experience as a leader in operations, retail stores, or similar (grocery, ecommerce, retail, or similar related experience preferred)
 Excellent interpersonal communication, organization, planning, and prioritization skills
 Superb talent evaluation skills to vet and select the right talent for site and delivery teams
 Demonstrated success as a manager of managers. Passion for leading and developing hourly associates, supervisors, and managers
 Commitment to exceptional customer service and operational execution. Build a culture of excellence for your team. Continuously identify and eliminate waste as we strive to deliver best-in-class service with industry-leading efficiency. Lean Six Sigma or similar experience preferred
